Tips For Keeping New Years Resolutions 2010

by

I know New Years Resolutions are controversial.  I personally like them.

Although I have a regular schedule for improvement and evaluation (both for my business and personal life), I still like the idea of starting the New Year with fresh, purposeful perspective.   Sort of like a clean slate.

  • New resolutions.
  • Revised goals.
  • A new challenge.
  • Renewed Focus.
  • Brainstorming
  • Openness to new ideas and new ways of thinking

That’s just who I am.  I’m a life-student.  Personal growth, challenge and learning are some of my favorite things.

With that in mind, here are a few tips I’m keeping in mind as I contemplate new resolutions for 2010.

  1. Make it measurable.
  2. Make it fun.
  3. Change one thing at a time.
  4. Write it down.
  5. Prioritize my list.
  6. Be good to myself in the process.
  7. Find a “buddy” to be accountable with.
  8. Consider it all in light of making a difference.
  9. Allow intuition rather than judgment to guide the process.
  10. Schedule “check in” intervals in my calendar today.

There’s only one me, and there’s only one you.  We are each unique and we bring something to this world that no one else can bring.   Being the best “me” I can be is what led me to creating Success Aligned Marketing.

Helping others achieve their dreams and goals brings me incredible satisfaction both personally and professionally.   The process of Aligning this every single day for me and others – brings balance and joy in my life.

Here’s to an amazing 2010!  Let’s make it the best year yet.
